Afghanistan Payment System launched a new gateway for electronic payments

The Afghanistan Payment System is proud to have designed the national “AfPay” card and introduced it to the market through banks and electronic money institutions.

The national AfPay card can be obtained under the following conditions:

Through Commercial Banks:

Having an active bank account or opening a new bank account Visiting the bank in person and applying for an “AfPay” card

Through Electronic Money Institutions:

Activating a mobile application or digital wallet
